Marine Park Regulations

With an eye toward environmental protection, the Marine Park has a set of strict regulations established by governmental decree.

It is forbidden to:
- disturb, bother, or harm animals or their eggs, their nests or nesting places, or their young; or to remove them from the Marine Park;
- pick, destroy, or introduce plants, or to remove them from the Marine Park;
- hunt, fish with a line, net, or trap, to fish with a harpoon or gun, or to remove any animals dead or alive;
- abandon or jettison any product that is harmful to the quality of the air, the water, the earth, or the site, or to the overall flora and fauna;
- disturb the peace with loud noise
- camp in a tent, in a vehicle, or any other form of shelter;
- damage the natural environment by setting fires or making inscriptions;
- use water skis or jet skis;
- collect minerals, fossils, or archeological vestiges;
- fly over the Marine Park at an altitude of less than 300 meters

Please remember to pick up your trash

Do not encourage the illegal commerce of protected natural species (shells, cactus, turtles…)
